I chose to give Kiwi Security a call after reading other positive reviews. From the first phone call with Elvis I felt confident I'd made the right choice. He clearly outlined what he expected needed to done for a typical alarm service, the cost and he had someone available the next day to help me out. Anish came out on time, with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He quickly uncovered that we had a bigger problem with our alarm than expected, due to a bad installation job done by another company. He also spotted that the alarm had been worked on since its installation, without the wiring issue being sorted, and it would've continued to fault without being properly fixed. Anish was on to it. He clearly explained the issues, showing me the problems he working to resolve, and a talked me through a couple of potential solutions. This was done with empathy towards the unexpected cost, no pressure to upsell more than we needed, and kept me completely informed during each step. Another installer JP came on a second visit to work with Anish. They were both equally courteous, knowledgeable, happy to give advice and checked I was happy multiple times through the job.
