Got some security cameras installed and my experience with Kiwi Security was nothing short of amazing. Elvis was great to deal with, listened to what I needed and offered a tailor solution at an ultra competitive price (almost half the price I was quoted at other places). The technicians, Amruth and CJ, was fantastic. Arrive on time, told me what the plan was, and then got right to it. They tidied up and left my house without making a mess. He efficiently replaced the alarm panel, programmed the system, and set it up so we can easily select different zones within the house for arming and disarming. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout. Also, a big thank you to Elvis, who organised the visit. He was courteous on the phone, clearly explained the costs upfront, and shared all the important information we needed. I chose to give Kiwi Security a call after reading other positive reviews. From the first phone call with Elvis I felt confident I'd made the right choice. He clearly outlined what he expected needed to done for a typical alarm service, the cost and he had someone available the next day to help me out. Anish came out on time, with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He quickly uncovered that we had a bigger problem with our alarm than expected, due to a bad installation job done by another company. He also spotted that the alarm had been worked on since its installation, without the wiring issue being sorted, and it would've continued to fault without being properly fixed. Anish was on to it. He clearly explained the issues, showing me the problems he working to resolve, and a talked me through a couple of potential solutions. This was done with empathy towards the unexpected cost, no pressure to upsell more than we needed, and kept me completely informed during each step. Another installer JP came on a second visit to work with Anish. They were both equally courteous, knowledgeable, happy to give advice and checked I was happy multiple times through the job.
