The entire experience with Kiwi Security was seamless from start to finish. The team conducted a thorough site audit, provided clear product specifications, and ensured everything was working perfectly. Their post-installation support has also been outstanding. We recently used Kiwisecurity team for an access control upgrade across one of our commercial buildings. They were quick to respond, attended site promptly, and provided a detailed quote with a clear transition plan from our previous provider. The Gallagher access control system they installed across the building looks great and works seamlessly. The whole process was smooth, the team was professional, and the ongoing support demonstration gave us confidence. We would highly recommend Kiwisecurity for any access control or IQP requirements. I chose to give Kiwi Security a call after reading other positive reviews. From the first phone call with Elvis I felt confident I'd made the right choice. He clearly outlined what he expected needed to done for a typical alarm service, the cost and he had someone available the next day to help me out. Anish came out on time, with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He quickly uncovered that we had a bigger problem with our alarm than expected, due to a bad installation job done by another company. He also spotted that the alarm had been worked on since its installation, without the wiring issue being sorted, and it would've continued to fault without being properly fixed. Anish was on to it. He clearly explained the issues, showing me the problems he working to resolve, and a talked me through a couple of potential solutions. This was done with empathy towards the unexpected cost, no pressure to upsell more than we needed, and kept me completely informed during each step. Another installer JP came on a second visit to work with Anish. They were both equally courteous, knowledgeable, happy to give advice and checked I was happy multiple times through the job. From my experience Kiwi Security deserve all of these excellent reviews. Read Less
